Terms of service

1. Products and pricing

Prices are shown in your market's currency (AUD in Australia, CAD in Canada, NZD in New Zealand) and include GST where applicable. Delivery costs, if any, are shown in the cart and at checkout before payment. We may correct obvious pricing errors; if we do so after your order, you may cancel for a full refund.

2. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. Payment is processed at checkout via Shopify Payments (cards), Shop Pay, or PayPal (including PayPal Pay in 4 where offered by PayPal). If an item becomes unavailable, we refund it immediately and tell you.

3. Delivery

We dispatch from warehouses located in your country (Australia or Canada; New Zealand orders ship from Australia). Estimated windows are shown at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees; if your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll chase it or refund it.

4. Returns and refunds

See our Refund policy - 30-day returns, 12-month warranty on lamps, and your statutory consumer guarantees on top.

5. Consumer guarantees

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to replacement of the goods or refund of the price paid.

6. Product use

Our lamps are decorative lighting for domestic use, to be used per the included care card. Solar garden lights are weather-resistant per their stated rating; indoor lamps are not for unprotected outdoor exposure.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, photography, branding) belongs to [LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME] and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

8. Contact and disputes

Questions or complaints: hello@goldieandwren.com. A human answers within one business day. If we can't resolve a dispute directly, consumers retain all rights to bring claims through their local consumer protection bodies and courts.
