Shipping policy
Every order is dispatched with full tracking within 48 hours on business days. You receive the tracking link by email the moment it ships, and you can follow your parcel the whole way to your door.
- Australia: 6-12 business days · free over AU$120, otherwise the exact rate shows in your cart
- Canada: 8-14 business days · free over the CA$ equivalent of AU$120
- New Zealand: 10-16 business days
All costs are shown at checkout before payment. If tracking goes quiet for more than 5 business days, contact hello@goldieandwren.com and we'll chase the carrier, replace, or refund.
