Shipping policy
Every order is dispatched from a warehouse inside your country - Australia for Australian orders, Canada for Canadian orders. Days, not weeks, and never the wrong plug.
- Australia: 3-7 business days · free over AU$120, otherwise the exact rate shows in your cart
- Canada: 5-10 business days · free over CA$110
- New Zealand: 7-14 business days (dispatched from our Australian warehouse)
Orders placed before 2pm (Sydney time) leave the warehouse the same business day. A tracking link is emailed the moment your order ships. All costs are shown at checkout before payment. No surprise fees, no customs charges within our shipping destinations.
If tracking goes quiet for more than 5 business days, contact hello@goldieandwren.com and we'll chase the carrier, replace, or refund.
